The Cool Collector started in 2009 on blogspot as the graduation project of Irene Westerbeek, founder, curator and driving power behind the Cool Collector.

After working a while in the field as a freelance trend professional the blog and Irene grew out of the blogspot and it was time to develop a new user friendly website. Because the Cool Collector brought Irene a lot of attention and opportunities for herself she decided it could be a place for others to share their visions as well.

So Irene a.k.a. the Cool Collector started to recruit fresh Cool Collectors in order to share and collect more cool and grow as a source of inspiration!
